Change the Atmosphere!

Last week during our weekly sound check, God gave me a revelation that hit deep within my spirit. CHANGE THE ATMOSPHERE! God has given us the authority and power to bind up strong holds, heal the sick, break the chains and make an impact in our surroundings and our location. Can I tell you that YOU can change the atmosphere! One of the definitions for Atmosphere is “ a distinctive but intangible quality surrounding a person or thing.” Another definition tells us “a particular environment or surrounding influence”. So here we are practicing our second song for worship that night and all of sudden the atmosphere shifted, I felt the presence of God, I felt power! Little did I know that as we practiced and worshipped we automatically, not intentionally changed the atmosphere by what we were singing and proclaiming. Then God spoke to my spirit and said "YOU, THEY are changing the atmosphere for me to come and save, deliver and set people free!"
I delivered that word to the worship team and together we continued to set the atmosphere for God to do amazing things that night!

Changing the atmosphere does not only occur during your weekly Wednesday night meetings or Sunday church services. The environment surrounds YOU, so changing the atmosphere happens on a daily basis. When you’re at school, at your local supermarket, with a group of friends or at work. It’s up to you whether or not you want the atmosphere to change. Expectation is one key in changing atmosphere. Prayed up, ready to go, expecting God to do anything, anywhere, anytime! Walk up into a room with full expectation and watch the atmosphere change, step into a nation that needs deliverance, restoration and a savior and see God impact that nation!The Bible tells us “Where the Spirit of the Lord is…there is Freedom”. Invite the Spirit of the Lord in your atmosphere, ask the Holy Spirit to go before you and build up your faith, BELIEVE that God can do it and HE will do it! When all of this is mixed together, it releases influence into your atmosphere and miracles are ready to be activated and released!

It is time that we walk into what we believe! Why hide it? Because it's strange? Not normal? You're right! We are strange, we're not normal. Jesus lived a life that was strange, He wasn't like the rest, He walked in His power, He delivered and set people free without a church service, without a building, along the streets He walked, healing, delivering and saving people! Why can't we do the same? Not in a fruity, flaky sense, but believing that God can do anything, anywhere, USING US to do it! No credentials are needed, no certain credits are required, experience is not necessary. The word says..."Have faith as a mustard seed and You can move mountains!". SAY WHHATTT!?!?..."Have faith as a mustard seed and YOU can move sickness, heal the blind, make the lame walk, the dumb talk, save, deliver, impact and radically change your atmosphere, your city, your nation and the world!

I encourage you today to change your atmosphere, bring along expectancy wherever you go, increase your faith and believe and begin to walk in your Kingdom authority!
